amanda + john // love and lavender

for amanda & john, we started with a custom logo/monogram that was used throughout the invitation suite, incorporating lavender (which the bridesmaids would be carrying) and a color scheme of warm grays, dusty lavender, succulent green & eggplant. we did a mad-lib style reply card, which is always a fun touch! for the wedding favors, the couple gave out pots of local honey, which were adorned with their monogram sticker.

lindsay + josh // blush & gold wedding

i've been working with lindsay for a while now (you can see her cute tees here), so i was honored when she asked me to design her wedding invitations! she wanted the designs to be simple and classic, using gold ink, an off-white paper, and blush envelopes & bands to tie everything together. i created a map for the back of the details card that would coordinate with the rest of the invitation (because screen shots of google maps are boring, right?!) and we did favor tags and programs for the big day. i loved seeing the pictures from the day... everything was so beautiful, with so much thought put into it. congrats mr. & mrs. baltimore!

francine + alan // champagne florals

this invitation suite was designed for 2 of my coworkers who are getting married in vegas! and what says 'vegas' better than champagne?! the invitations were printed on metallic champagne paper, with coordinating envelopes. we also did labels that incorporated the floral design. i love this mailing label that wraps around with the monogrammed return address! i'm thrilled with the final product, and even more importantly... the bride & groom are too!

samantha + brian // rustic winery wedding

for samantha and brian's paso robles wedding, we used florals in rich, vibrant colors and printed everything on metallic champagne-colored paper. we did a full invitation suite with floral envelope liners and matching return address wrap labels (not pictured), as well as place cards, menus, programs and signage. the result was a perfect mix of sophistication and fun!

kendall + phillip // great gatsby-inspired wedding

kendall & phillip's wedding took place at the gorgeous hummingbird nest, and she wanted her invitations to complement the venue's romantic feel. when she started describing her vision (gourmet food trucks, twinkly lights, a mint & gold color palette), i wanted to be a guest at that wedding! it was so fun working together and seeing her vision come to life. thanks to one of my personal favorites, melissa brandman, for sharing the beautiful pictures with me. you can see more of the stunning couple HERE.

congrats mr. & mrs. ostermann!

lauren + joseph // water for elephants wedding

invitation, reply postcard & directions card
program & playing card wedding favor
menu & seating chart
lauren wanted a "water for elephants" theme for her wedding, so we styled her invitation suite after a vintage circus ticket, using ivory, black, gold and small pops of red-orange. For the envelopes & programs, we used a lovely linen paper. I can't wait to see photos from the event... seeing how detail-oriented lauren was, i know the wedding was amazing!

congrats lauren & joey!

jacqui & dan's wedding

i was stoked when jacqui contacted me to do her wedding invitations & save-the-dates. jacqui is awesome and i knew she'd have some great ideas. she wanted something modern and fun for her save-the-dates, incorporating her wedding colors: gray & mustard, and theme: "kick-ass wedding" (ha ha!).

when we started working on the wedding invitations, we stuck with the color scheme and triangle design, but changed it up a bit with some watercolor effects and a more subtle look overall.

i love how it all turned out and can't wait to see photos from the day. i know jacqui will be a stunning bride and have the "kick-ass wedding" of her dreams!

nautical wedding

this bride & groom got married on a yacht, and they sent their invitations rolled inside of glass bottles (how cool is that?!). we went with a subtle nautical theme with a handwritten-style font for the invitation, and i created a custom monogram featuring an anchor that we used on all the coordinating pieces. we did an invitation, map, name & favor tags, thank you card and pennant-style banner.

congrats & best wishes kari & don!

succulent wedding invitation

this bride contacted me about her invitations less than two months before her wedding, so we had to act  quickly! luckily she had a clear vision of what she wanted- a casual, rustic feel for her winery wedding. she will be using a lot of succulents, so we incorporated that and veered away from anything grape-related. we printed everything on kraft paper and paired it with an off-white, linen envelope. the finished product was gorgeous!

native-american influenced wedding invitations

i have added a couple wedding invitation designs to my etsy shop.  these were influenced by vintage, native-american textiles and would work great with even a spanish or moroccan-themed wedding.

kitchen love wedding shower invitation + thank you

this couple loves to cook together, so we came up with a fun invitation incorporating a kitchen staple: the kitchenaid mixer!
